1) Collect sample of environment you wish to examine and isolate microbial DNA. 2) Amplify microbial DNA with fluorescent label. 3) Digest amplified DNA with appropriate restriction enzymes. 4) Sequence. 5) Analyze with In Silico's proprietary database and algorithms.
